Consciousness and insight are powerful tools for dismantling anxious thought patterns that limit us and deplete us of our vital life energy. Through discussion, gentle yoga postures and basic meditation tech- niques we can begin to perceive our mind/body states with greater clarity, freedom and compassion.
In this workshop we will work with creative discussion, vitalizing, stabilizing and empower- ing yoga poses and exploring basic meditation techniques to lift the spirit and shine our light from within.
